We accept returns on full-price merchandise in the form of STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES within FIVE (5) DAYS of the date of delivery. All returned items must be shipped via FedEx or UPS in the original packaging. Items must be in unworn, unused condition with original tags attached and protective packaging. Credits will NOT include original shipping charges.
All purchases of SPECIAL ORDER AND SALE MERCHANDISE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.
Our top priority is to ensure that you are happy and love your Shylee Rose Jewelry pieces. Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refunds, but in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are always available to help you find the perfect piece through an exchange or store credit within five (5) days of receiving your item.
If for any reason one of your Shylee Rose pieces needs tender love and care, please email info@shyleerose.com for all repair requests.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shylee Rose Jewelry is not responsible for any international taxes and duties during the shipping or returning process; that is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We offer Free Ground shipping on all domestic orders, Insured 2-Day shipping at $29.95, Overnight shipping at $59.95, and International shipping at $99.95.
A direct signature is required for all orders over $200.00.

Yes, all Shylee Rose pieces are made of 14K gold and intended to be worn throughout the day running, jogging, swimming, or relaxing. However, we encourage our customers to be realistic in wearing their jewelry for the appropriate times as different pieces are more delicate than others.
We also highly recommend our Jewelry Cleaning Pen to give a gentle and safe clean to your favorite pieces.
