What is the SRJ Loyalty Rewards Program?
Our loyalty program is our special way of thanking our most loyal customers for supporting our business. Joining is quick and easy, to earn points simply make a purchase and for every dollar spent you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for store credit on future purchases. Create an account or login to yours here.
How do I earn Points?
Simple. Make a purchase and you’ll automatically start accumulating points with every dollar spent. $1 = 1 point. Gift cards are excluded from earning points. Additional exclusions may apply. Please email info@shyleerose.com for details.
When will my points be added to my account?
Your points will be added to your account when your order is paid in full. You can see all the points acquired when you log in to your account.
How do I use Points?
Once you've reached an amount of points that are eligible for store credit you will be able to redeem your points. Additionally, once this threshold is achieved ,you will receive an email containing a discount code that can be applied at checkout via the discount code field. You will then see points applied to your purchase.
Points cannot be redeemed on previous purchases. You can only redeem one code per purchase. Points are non-transferrable. Restrictions apply. Please email info@shyleerose.com for details.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Multiple discount codes (including store credit) cannot be applied to a single order (including birthday discounts).Limit one (1) promotional code per order. Points are non-transferable. Restrictions apply. Please email info@shyleerose.com for details.
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire 1 year after they are delivered.
Are there any other perks?
Additional perks are applied to the program via our email/sms communication. Sign up for these communications to receive additional benefits such as sale sneak peeks, exclusive giveaways and more! Sign up here.
Do I get a birthday reward?
Birthday rewards are not linked to our loyalty program. Sign up to our email/sms communications and enter your birthday to receive an exclusive gift on your birthday. Not part of our SRJ texts? Sign up here.
Do I lose points if I return an order?
If you returned an order and earned points from your order, your points will be canceled along with your order. If you redeemed points on an order that was returned, points cannot be returned to your account. For additional questions, please reach out to info@shyleerose.com
I received a gift, can points be transferred to my account?
Points are non-transferable.
What products are excluded from earning points?
Some exclusions apply including but not limited to engagement rings, custom pieces, and additional bespoke items. Gifts cards also excluded from accruing points.
